Our Refunds & Returns Policy
At DryPort, we take great care to ensure that every product delivered to you meets our strict quality standards. As our products are food items, we follow specific guidelines to maintain hygiene, safety, and freshness.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of dry fruits:
- Returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered successfully
- This includes cases of:
- Change of mind
- Taste preference
- Incorrect ordering by the customer
However, we do accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- Product delivered is damaged
- Product delivered is spoiled or contaminated
- Product delivered is incorrect (wrong item or wrong quantity)
- Package is tampered with or broken at the time of delivery
2. Conditions for Return or Replacement
To be eligible:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- The product must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- With all labels intact
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be provided as proof
Requests raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.
3. Refund Policy
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment
- Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days
- It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- Product is unavailable after order confirmation
- Eligible return due to damage, spoilage, or incorrect delivery
- Order cancelled by DryPort before dispatch
4. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, you may choose a replacement, subject to stock availability.
- Replacements are dispatched after verification
- Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on location
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- Slight variations in color, size, or texture (natural for dry fruits)
- Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control
- Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
- Refusal to accept delivery after dispatch
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
